1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28

As far as dream cars go...this is mine. This dream of mine became a reality in March of 2005 when I came across it in Warrenton, VA. Looking like someones nightmare in a faded two toned Daytona Yellow and spray painted sections of brick red, it certianly didnt come directly across to anyone as an automobile, much less a "dream". The more I looked it over, the more the car grew on me. Conditions started taking shape. The interior wasnt so bad, the body was fairly solid for what it was, and the damn engine even ran! Not so well, but it did run. Using my imagination I viewed it as one solid color and what it could be instead of what it was. Naturally it didnt take me long to make the owner load it up and trailor it away to me!

Once it was trailored to its current residence, I spray painted it with a gray for added protection and to see the solid colored vision I'd imagined looking the car over. Making it one color (even tho it turned out two tone because I ran out of paint lol) made it appear a little nicer and less frustrating as well.!

Lined up for a total off-frame restoration, my dream car is in progress, will be done, and will be driven...just as intended when it was rolled out of GM in 1968.

**Recently due to extremly bad rust conditions my 68 Camaro project has been put on hold.
